John Boisvert 

CEO

Since 1999, John Boisvert has been CEO of Greenwood Consulting and a leader in the field of executive coaching. He served as Chairman for the International Executive Coaching Summit, the premier annual conference of top international coaches; and he chaired the Corporate Coaching Committee of the International Coaching Federation of New England. John holds degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Boston College. He is certified through the Physician Coaching Institute and the Executive Coaching Institute and mentors executive coaching students through this program. 
 
Prior to coaching, John’s 20 years of national and international work experience included executive leadership positions in general management, sales and marketing, and information technology. He led U.S. and South East Asian sales and client services for Elcom International. While at Mellon Trust, he managed the custody management, treasury, and global cash processing systems, with staff dispersed between the U.S. and Europe.
 
John serves on public and private sector Boards. He is a long time mentor and practitioner of public speaking and martial arts. And he works to support adults and children in the prevention of child abuse. Finally, he is committed to the health and well-being of himself, his family, and his clients. Greenwood Consulting, CEO, John Boisvert, is a coaching and leadership development expert. John has extensive management experience as well as leadership, operations, technical, sales, and legal knowledge. John works with CEOs, presidents, business Owners, executive leaders, physician leaders, technical leaders, and law and professional service firm partners on a wide range of issues critical to professional effectiveness. These range from improving their executive presence, to increasing their ability to influence effectively, to expanding their capacity for thinking and planning strategically, to maximizing their personal and organization performance and contributions. John then works with clients to apply these skills to significantly improve their ability to increase their team's effectiveness, build better organizational alignment and productivity, handle corporate politics in positive and constructive ways, and demonstrate their capacity for bigger challenges and opportunities.
